These terms cover your use of this website and any booking or enquiry you make through it. The website is run by Halde Cameras L.L.C., Dubai trade licence no. 000000 (demo), TRN 100000000000003 (demo), Warehouse 47, Alserkal Avenue, Street 8, Al Quoz 1, Dubai.

  • You may use the site for your own information and to contact or book with us.
  • Please don’t copy our text, photos or design for commercial use without asking.
  • We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation.

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). For delivery in the UAE they include 5% VAT. For delivery elsewhere in the GCC they exclude UAE VAT, and any local VAT or duty is shown before you pay and collected on delivery. The price shown when you pay your deposit is the price you pay for the balance, even if the retail price changes later.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the content of other websites we link to.

A reservation holds your place in the production queue. Paying the AED 500 deposit confirms it; it is not yet a contract to buy the camera.

You can cancel a reservation at any time before your camera ships and we will refund the whole deposit to your original payment method within five working days.

The contract of sale is made when we charge the balance and dispatch your camera. We email you a week before we charge the balance.

If we cannot ship within three months of the estimated month we gave you, we will tell you why and you can cancel for a full refund or keep your place.

Delivery is free and tracked to any address in the UAE, usually in one to two working days, and to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman in three to five working days. Outside the UAE, local VAT and any duty are collected on delivery; we show an estimate before you pay. In Dubai you can also collect your camera from our showroom in Al Quoz. The camera is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us or handed to you.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your camera for any reason, and a two-year Halde warranty in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law. The details are on our Returns and warranty page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute about them.

We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first, and nothing here stops you from complaining to the consumer protection authorities.
