Introducing Field One

Everything you need. Nothing in the way.

A full-frame camera that fits a jacket pocket, with real dials instead of menus.

  1. Machined, not moulded The top plate is cut from a single block of aluminium.
  2. 35 mm f/2, fixed One sharp, quiet lens. The focus ring has a proper stop at infinity.
  3. 410 grams, assembled by hand Every Field One is put together and tested in Dubai.

Made to be used, not configured

Every setting you change while shooting has its own dial. Everything else stays out of sight.

  1. Close up of a thumb turning the silver shutter dial

    Dials you can feel

Shutter speed on top, aperture on the lens, ISO under your thumb. Set the camera without looking at it.

  2. Photographer raising the camera to their eye in an old lane with a wind tower behind

    A bright optical finder

Look through glass, not a screen. Framelines adjust for distance so what you see is what you get.

  3. Camera on a café table next to a phone and a coffee

    A weekend on one charge

No screen on the back means the battery lasts about 600 shots. Charge it over USB-C from your phone charger.

What the first reviews say

  • The first camera in years that made me forget about settings and just look.

  • Built like a watch, priced like a sensible decision.

  • The dials alone are worth it. Everything is exactly where your fingers expect.

Designed and assembled in Dubai

Fourteen people in a warehouse workshop in Al Quoz build every Field One by hand, sign the card in the box, and repair it if it ever needs it.
