  • You may use the site for your own information and to contact or book with us.
  • Please don’t copy our text, photos or design for commercial use without asking.
  • We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the content of other websites we link to.

  • Each piece is handmade, so glaze and size vary slightly from the photos. Ask and we’ll send a photo of your piece before you pay.
  • We deliver to addresses in the UAE within five working days of payment, and to the rest of the GCC on request. Delivery is AED 30, free on orders over AED 400.
  • You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. Items that arrive damaged are replaced free of charge.
  • Seconds are sold as seen in the café and can’t be returned for their marks, only if they are unsafe to use.
  • Clay and glaze can stain clothes. Wear things you don’t mind getting dirty.
  • Pieces sometimes crack or run in the kiln. If yours does, you can make a replacement free of charge at your next class.
  • We keep finished pieces for two months after we tell you they’re ready, then recycle the clay.
  • Children under 16 in the studio must be booked on a children’s class or come with a paying adult.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute about them.

We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first, and nothing here stops you from complaining to the consumer protection authorities.
