The café
What are your opening hours?
Sunday to Thursday 8:00 to 20:00, Friday and Saturday 8:00 to 22:00. Hours change during Ramadan and on Eid; we post them on Instagram a week before.
Do you cater for allergies?
Yes. Every dish lists the 14 allergens, and there are vegan and gluten-free options all day. Our kitchen handles nuts, so we can’t guarantee anything is free from traces.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, on the shaded terrace. Not inside the café or in the studio.
Classes
How old do you have to be?
Tasters and courses are for 14 and up (14 and 15 year olds with a paying adult). Kids’ clay club is for 6 to 11 year olds.
When can I collect my pieces?
About three weeks after your class. We text you when they’re ready and keep them for two months.
Can I cancel or move a class?
Tasters: free to move or cancel up to 48 hours before. Courses: full refund up to 14 days before the first evening.
Private hire and events
How many people can you host?
28 seated or 45 standing in the café, up to 14 in the studio, and 60 standing across both rooms.
What drinks are included at a private event?
Coffee, karak, tea, fresh juice and our house sodas are included in every package.
Who can come to late-night throwing?
Anyone who has done a taster or a course with us, or who can centre on their own.
Shop and gift vouchers
Can I buy cups online?
Send us the order form on our shop page and we reply with a card payment link. Collect in the café or have it delivered.
How long are vouchers valid?
Twelve months. Class vouchers can be used for any date with space.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
We deliver anywhere in the UAE for AED 30, free on orders over AED 400. For the rest of the GCC, ask us and we’ll quote the courier.
