Our head office, factory and test bay are in JAFZA South, in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, off Sheikh Zayed Road and about 20 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport.

- Bring your Emirates ID or passport for the free zone gate. Visitor parking is inside our plot; report to reception in the main office building.
- Works tours and witness tests are by appointment, most Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Safety boots and hi-vis are provided for visitors to the factory floor.
- The nearest Metro station on the Red Line is a short taxi ride away, and we can collect groups from it.

Can I visit the factory?
Yes. We run tours of the works and test bay most Tuesdays and Thursdays. Choose “Arrange a works visit” in the form and suggest a date.
Where do I send a motor for repair?
To your nearest service centre. Call +971 4 555 0299 first and we’ll arrange collection and give you a job number.
Do you sell through distributors?
Motors up to 75 kW are also sold through approved distributors. Larger motors, gearboxes and drive systems are sold directly by our application engineers.
How do I become a supplier?
Choose “Supplier enquiry” in the form. Our purchasing team reviews new suppliers twice a year.
