About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any booking or enquiry you make through it. The website is run by Manara Advisory FZ-LLC, licensed in Dubai, licence no. 000000 (demo), Level 9, Gate Avenue, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Using this website

• You may use the site for your own information and to contact or book with us.
• Please don’t copy our text, photos or design for commercial use without asking.
• We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation.

Bookings, changes and cancellations

Consultations are free, and you can move or cancel one at any time; a day’s notice lets us offer the time to someone else. Once you approve a written plan, government fees we have already paid on your behalf cannot be refunded, and the advisory fee is due for work already done.

Prices and payment

Our advisory fees are fixed per service and written into your plan before you pay anything. They exclude 5% VAT, which is added to the invoice. Government, free zone and bank fees are passed on at cost, with the official receipts.

Our responsibility to you

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the content of other websites we link to.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute about them.

We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first, and nothing here stops you from complaining to the consumer protection authorities.
