Getting started

What happens in the first consultation?

Forty-five minutes about your business, your family and your timing. It’s free, and within two working days you receive a written plan with every fee.

Do I need to be in the UAE to set up?

Not for most free zones. You’ll visit once for the residence visa medical and biometrics, usually two or three days, which we book around your trip.

Mainland or free zone?

It depends on your customers, your activity and your visas. Our jurisdictions guide explains the difference, and your plan compares two or three options.

Can I set up from Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Our Riyadh office in KAFD sees clients who are planning a UAE company or a move, and most paperwork can be signed there.

Fees and timing

How are your fees structured?

One fixed advisory fee per service, plus government fees at cost with the receipts. Half the advisory fee on approving your plan, half when the work is done.

How long does a company take?

Our median time to trade licence is 11 days; the full setup with establishment card and stamp is typically 2 to 4 weeks.

Do your fees include VAT?

No. Our advisory fees are shown without the 5% VAT, which is added to the invoice.

Do you take commission from banks or free zones?

Never. Our only fee is the one in your plan.

Visas and family

Can my family come with me?

Yes. Once you hold a residence visa, you can sponsor your spouse and children, and parents with a higher income. We plan the order so nobody waits.

Do I qualify for a golden visa?

Possibly, through property, salary, your company or a talent route. We check in the first conversation and tell you honestly if a two-year visa is the better start.

Will my visa lapse if I travel?

A standard residence visa can lapse after six months abroad. A golden visa does not.

Banking and after setup

Can you guarantee a bank account?

No one honestly can. We tell you your chances before you apply, choose banks that fit, and prepare the file they want to read.

What do I need to do after the licence?

Register for corporate tax, keep accounts, renew the licence and visas, and file returns. Our compliance service keeps all of it on one calendar.

Can I move my existing company to Manara?

Yes. We start with a review of your licence, visas and registrations, and fix anything that has slipped.
