Everything a company needs to start, and keep going
Four services, one advisor. Take one or all of them; most clients start with formation and stay for compliance.
Services
-
Company formation
Mainland or free zone, activity, trade name and licence, chosen with you and filed by us. Typically 2 to 4 weeks.
-
Residency and visas
Investor, employee, family and golden visas, medicals, Emirates ID and the appointments in between. Typically 2 to 3 weeks.
-
Corporate banking
Introductions to the banks that fit your business, a file prepared the way they like to read it, and someone beside you in the meeting.
-
Ongoing compliance
Licence and visa renewals, VAT and corporate tax, UBO filings, and someone who reminds you before anything expires.
How a file moves
The same four steps for every client, whatever the service.
-
A conversation

-
We do the rounds
Your advisor files, follows up and attends; you sign when there’s something to sign.

We compared three formation firms. Manara was the only one that told us we didn’t need the expensive option.

Fixed fee, written plan, no surprises. The renewal reminder arrived six weeks early, with the forms already filled in.

Our VAT and corporate tax registrations were done before I knew they were due. One advisor, one phone number, no chasing.

Questions we hear first
Do I need to be in the UAE to set up?
Not for most free zones. You will need to visit once for the residence visa medical and biometrics, which we book around your trip.
Mainland or free zone?
Mainland if you’ll sell to the UAE market or bid for government work; a free zone if you trade internationally or need a lighter setup. Our jurisdictions guide explains both, and your written plan compares them for your activity.
How are your fees structured?
One fixed advisory fee per service, plus the government fees at cost. Both are written into the plan before you start.
