Booking and paying
How do I book?
Use the booking form and we’ll confirm by email within one working day with a link to register and pay.
Is there a waiting list?
Yes, for full days. We offer places in the order people joined and hold them for 48 hours.
How can I pay?
By card or bank transfer. Term passes and camp bookings over AED 1,000 can be split into two instalments. Schools pay by bank transfer against a tax invoice.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes, 10% off for every brother or sister after the first, on clubs and camps.
At club
What should my child wear?
Clothes that can get messy and shoes they can run in. We have lab coats and goggles for everyone.
What’s in the snack?
Fruit, crackers, cheese or hummus, and water or milk. Everything is nut-free and we send the menu at the start of each term.
Can you collect from school?
Yes, from Ghaf Grove School, Crescent Park School and Sidra Hills Academy straight after the bell, Monday to Thursday, in our minibus with a driver and a bus supervisor. Schools finish at midday on Fridays, so families drop off for Friday Lab at 15:00.
My child has additional needs. Can they come?
Very likely, yes. Call Hannah before booking so we can plan support together, from a quiet corner to a one-to-one buddy for the first few weeks.
Holiday camps and parties
Can I book single camp days?
Yes, at AED 280 a day, or AED 260 in shorter weeks. Full weeks get priority when places are tight.
Is lunch included at camp?
Yes, a hot, halal, nut-free lunch with a vegetarian option every day, plus morning and afternoon snacks.
How far ahead should I book a party?
Four to six weeks for weekends, when Saturdays go first. Weekday parties after school are often available sooner.
Safety and wellbeing
Are the club leaders checked?
Every leader has a Dubai Police good conduct certificate, a police check from each country they have lived in, a paediatric first aid certificate and yearly child protection training.
Who can collect my child?
Only adults named on the registration form, including a family driver or nanny if you add them. We check an Emirates ID the first time we meet anyone new.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We hold a Dubai trade licence and are approved by KHDA as an after-school activity provider (permit no. 000000, demo number).
Still have a question?
We reply to every message within one working day.
