These terms cover your use of this website and any booking or enquiry you make through it. The website is run by Loud Hours Studio LLC, Dubai commercial licence no. 1187342, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism, TRN 100118734200003 (demo details), Warehouse 52, Alserkal Avenue, Al Quoz 1, Dubai.

  • You may use the site for your own information and to contact or book with us.
  • Please don’t copy our text, photos or design for commercial use without asking.
  • We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation.

Quotes are in UAE dirhams and exclude VAT at 5%. Every project has a written proposal with a fixed fee, valid for 30 days. We invoice 50% at the start and 50% on delivery (projects over AED 180,000 in three stages), and invoices are due within 30 days.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the content of other websites we link to.

Every project is covered by a written proposal and project agreement. If anything in them differs from these website terms, the project agreement applies.

When the final invoice is paid, Loud Hours assigns the client the copyright in the final approved work. Typefaces, stock images and music remain licensed from their owners, on terms listed in the handover. Unused concepts stay with Loud Hours and are never offered to the client’s competitors. We may show launched work in our portfolio with the client’s agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute about them.

We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first, and nothing here stops you from complaining to the consumer protection authorities.
