These terms cover your use of this website and any booking or enquiry you make through it. The website is run by Juno Park Photography FZ-LLC, a free zone company licensed in Dubai Design District (d3), licence no. 95107 (demo), Studio 104, Building 7, Dubai Design District (d3), Dubai.

  • You may use the site for your own information and to contact or book with us.
  • Please don’t copy our text, photos or design for commercial use without asking.
  • We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation.

Commissions and portrait sessions are held with a 25% deposit. You can move a date once free of charge with 7 days’ notice. With less than 48 hours’ notice the deposit is kept, unless you or I are ill or heat, dust or rain makes an outdoor shoot unsafe, in which case we rebook at no cost.

Prices on this website are in UAE dirhams and exclude 5% VAT, which is added to every invoice (TRN 100482739100003, demo). Quotes are fixed and valid for 30 days, and the final invoice is due within 14 days of delivery.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the content of other websites we link to.

Juno Park keeps the copyright in every photograph. Each commission includes a standard licence for web, social media, press and print up to 10,000 copies with no time limit. Other uses need an extended licence, agreed in writing before use.

Prints are made to order, so they can’t be returned or exchanged once your print has gone to the lab. If a print arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it free of charge.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute about them.

We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first, and nothing here stops you from complaining to the consumer protection authorities.
