The salon
A quiet room on the ground floor of our villa on Jumeirah Beach Road, between Jumeirah Mosque and Mercato, with a long table by a tall window onto the garden so you can see stones in daylight. Open Saturday to Thursday, 11:00 to 20:00, and Friday from 16:00. The atelier is upstairs; if you’d like to see the bench, just ask.
What to expect
Most appointments last about an hour.

Tea and a conversation
We ask how you’ll wear the piece, what you like and what you’d like to spend, so we only show you what fits.

Stones and pieces on the table
Try on shapes and metals, and look at stones side by side by the window. Take photos if you like.

Something to take away
A written note of what you saw, with prices. Take as long as you need to decide.
Before you come
Is there a charge for an appointment?
No. Appointments are free, and there is no obligation to order anything.
Can I bring someone?
Of course. There is room at the table for three or four.
Can I just walk in?
If a jeweller is free, yes. Saturdays and evenings fill two to three weeks ahead, so we suggest booking.
I live outside Dubai.
Choose a video call. We can send a set of sizing rings by courier anywhere in the UAE and, for bespoke pieces, a wax model to try on at home.
How do I cancel or change my time?
Reply to your confirmation email or call +971 50 555 0321. There is never a fee.
