These terms cover your use of this website and any booking or enquiry you make through it. The website is run by Kestrel Engineering FZ-LLC, licensed in Dubai Internet City, trade licence no. 000000 (demo), Office 401, Building 3, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • You may use the site for your own information and to contact or book with us.
  • Please don’t copy our text, photos or design for commercial use without asking.
  • We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation.

Day rates and prices on this website are a guide in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude 5% VAT. Every engagement is quoted in a written proposal, and our work for clients is governed by a signed master services agreement and statement of work, not by this website.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the content of other websites we link to.

Under our standard master services agreement, all code, designs and documents we create for a client become the client’s property once the invoice for that work is paid. We keep our general know-how and the rights in open-source and pre-existing tools we use, which we license to the client without charge.

Our Riyadh office is run by Kestrel Engineering Saudi Arabia LLC, a subsidiary of Kestrel Engineering FZ-LLC, and our Abu Dhabi studio is a licensed branch of Kestrel Engineering FZ-LLC. Unless agreed otherwise, clients contract with Kestrel Engineering FZ-LLC in Dubai.

Anything you share with us in an enquiry or a call is treated as confidential, whether or not we have signed an NDA. We only name clients or describe their work with their written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute about them.

We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first, and nothing here stops you from complaining to the consumer protection authorities.
