Services

Four ways we help. Most clients start with one and stay for another.

What we do

Small senior teams that own the outcome. Each service has its own page with the approach, team and pricing.

Platform modernisation

We move ageing systems to modern architecture one slice at a time, without a risky big-bang rewrite.

  • Monolith to services
  • Cloud migration
  • Data platform rebuilds

Product engineering

A full product team (design, engineering and delivery) that builds new products with you.

  • Discovery and prototyping
  • Web and mobile apps
  • APIs and integrations

Cloud and reliability

We cut cloud bills, fix flaky systems and set up the monitoring your on-call team deserves.

  • Cost reviews
  • Platform reliability
  • Security hardening

Team augmentation

Senior engineers who join your team, raise the bar and leave it stronger.

  • Tech leads
  • Platform engineers

How we work

Every engagement follows the same four steps, so you always know where things stand.

  1. Discover

Two weeks with your team and your users to agree what success looks like and what to build first. Fixed at AED 95,000.

  2. Shape

A thin, working slice in production within six weeks, so we learn from reality early.

  3. Build

Fortnightly releases with demos, a shared roadmap and spend reported in dirhams against the estimate.

  4. Hand over

Documentation, pairing and a plan so your team owns it confidently. Thirty days’ notice to stop at any point.

Two ways to pay

We’ll suggest the one that fits the work, and many clients use both.

Two ways to pay
Time and materials For builds that will change as you learn Fixed scope For work that can be clearly defined
Typical use Modernisation, product builds, team augmentation Discovery, reviews, a defined pilot
How you pay Monthly, against approved timesheets In stages, against agreed deliverables
Changing direction Any fortnight, at no extra cost Through a change request
Risk margin in the price No Usually 15–25%
Spend reported every fortnight Yes Yes
Optional monthly cap Yes Not needed

Either way, you can stop with 30 days’ notice and keep everything we’ve built.

From the people who hired us

  • Estimates within ten per cent, every fortnight, for a year. I’ve never had that from a supplier before.

Director of Technology, UAE insurerClutch review, July 2026

  • They came to help us firefight and left us a team that doesn’t need to. Four of their habits are now in our engineering handbook.

Meera IyerHead of Engineering, Marfa Freight

  • We’d been told a rewrite was the only option. Kestrel showed us another way and delivered it.
