Our designers work shifts in stores before we design anything, and we pilot with ten stores before rolling out to three hundred. We’ve built for grocery, fashion and home improvement chains in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman, always around the Ramadan and Eid trading peak.

Questions from retail teams
Can you work during the Ramadan and Eid trading peak?
We plan for it. Discovery and build work carry on; releases to stores pause from two weeks before Ramadan until after Eid al-Fitr, and over the November sales, unless you ask otherwise.
Do you handle card payments?
We integrate with your payment provider and keep card data out of your systems, which keeps your PCI DSS scope as small as possible.
Can you test in our stores?
We prefer to. Our teams pilot with a small group of stores, visit them weekly and change the product based on what staff tell us.
