Logistics

Routing, warehouse, customs and tracking systems that hold up in peak week, built by people who’ve stood on the dock.

Warehouse team loading parcels into a delivery van at dawn

What we see

Logistics software in the Gulf has two hard deadlines a year: the November sales and the last ten days of Ramadan. Most of the carriers and forwarders we work with run on systems built for half today’s volume, patched every year to survive one more peak.

We’ve worked with fourteen logistics companies since 2015, from same-day couriers in Dubai to freight forwarders shipping from Jebel Ali to 22 countries. We plan work around your peak freeze, test at four times last year’s volume, and keep the depot and warehouse teams in the room.

What we build

  • Warehouse team loading parcels into a delivery van

    Routing and dispatch

Route planning, driver apps and depot capacity that finish before the vans need to leave.

  • Warehouse and yard

Integrations with your WMS, scanners and sorters, and the dashboards shift managers use.

  • Tracking and notifications

Live tracking and delivery messages that cut “where is my parcel?” calls.

  • Carriers and customs

EDI, carrier APIs and customs declarations, with monitoring that spots a failed feed in minutes.

  • Volume forecasting

Forecasts and depot dashboards built on data the operations team trusts.

Qafila ExpressLogistics

A routing platform that handles peak season without a war room

Qafila’s routing engine fell over every November sale. We rebuilt it as event-driven services on their existing cloud, shipping the first slice in five weeks.

Questions from logistics teams

Can you work around our peak freeze?

Yes. We plan every engagement backwards from your freeze date and only release low-risk changes during it, agreed with your operations team.

Do you integrate with off-the-shelf WMS and TMS products?

Constantly. We usually leave the warehouse or transport system in place and build around it through its APIs, file drops or database, whichever it supports reliably.

Have you worked with customs systems?

Yes, including Dubai Customs’ Mirsal 2 declarations and Saudi Arabia’s FASAH platform, through the providers our clients already use.

Let’s talk about your platform

We’ll reply within one working day, usually with someone who has worked in your industry.
