About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any booking or enquiry you make through it. The website is run by Tamam Business Services LLC, Dubai commercial licence no. 1048213 (demo number), Office 1204, Canal Walk Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.

Using this website

• You may use the site for your own information and to contact or book with us.
• Please don’t copy our text, photos or design for commercial use without asking.
• We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation.

Bookings, changes and cancellations

You can move or cancel a free consultation at any time. If you cancel a service after paying, we refund our service fee for the steps not yet started. Government fees already paid are refunded only when the authority refunds them.

Prices and payment

Prices on this website are in UAE dirhams. Our service fees are subject to 5% VAT and are fixed for 30 days from your written quote. Government fees are passed on at cost with the official receipts.

Our responsibility to you

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the content of other websites we link to.

Decisions by authorities and banks

Licences, visas, trademarks and bank accounts are granted by government authorities and banks, not by us. We cannot guarantee their decisions or timings, but we tell you as soon as anything changes and never charge a success fee.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute about them.

We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first, and nothing here stops you from complaining to the consumer protection authorities.
