Visas and Emirates ID
Residence visas for you, your team and your family
Investor, employee, family and golden visas from AED 4,200, with every appointment booked and tracked for you. Typical time: 2–3 weeks.
What we handle
Once your company has its establishment card, we apply for each visa in turn: the entry permit, the change of status if you’re already in the country, the medical test, Emirates ID biometrics and the visa itself. Every person gets their own WhatsApp thread with the next appointment and what to bring.
Karim Haddad’s team handles around 1,900 visas a year. We check your company’s visa quota before you hire, explain the salary and housing figures family sponsorship needs, and remind you 60 days before anything expires.
The steps
-
Entry permit
Applied for as soon as the establishment card is issued.
-
Entry or status change
Fly in on the permit, or change status without leaving the UAE.
-
Medical test
Booked at a centre near you; results in about 48 hours.
-
Emirates ID
A ten-minute biometrics appointment that we book for you.
-
Visa issued
The visa is issued digitally and the ID card couriered to you.

Can I sponsor my family on an investor visa?
Yes, if you earn at least AED 4,000 a month, or AED 3,000 with housing provided. We check your figures and your tenancy contract before applying.
Do I have to leave the UAE to change status?
No. If you’re here on a visit visa or a previous residence visa, we change your status inside the country for a small extra fee.
Who qualifies for a golden visa?
Investors, founders, skilled professionals earning AED 30,000 a month or more, and several other groups. Our golden visa guide explains each route, and your adviser can check your case in one call.
How long is a residence visa valid?
Two years for investor, employee and family visas on most licences, and ten years for the golden visa.
