Accounting and tax
Books closed every month, tax filed on time
Bookkeeping, VAT and corporate tax from AED 950 a month, handled by a named accountant who knows your business.
What we handle
Every month we reconcile your bank accounts, record sales and purchases, and send a short pack: profit and loss, balance sheet and the VAT you owe. Your accountant works in your cloud accounting software, or sets one up for you in the first week.
Most UAE companies now pay 9% corporate tax on profits above AED 375,000, and every company has to register and file a return, even below that figure. Priya Nair’s team registers you with the Federal Tax Authority, files VAT returns every quarter and prepares your annual corporate tax return with the financial statements.

Do I need to register for corporate tax if I make no profit?
Yes. Every UAE company has to register with the Federal Tax Authority and file a return each year, even if it pays no tax.
When do I have to register for VAT?
When your taxable sales pass AED 375,000 in 12 months. You can register voluntarily from AED 187,500, which helps if you buy a lot from VAT-registered suppliers.
Which accounting software do you use?
Xero, Zoho Books or QuickBooks. If you already use one of them, we work in yours.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes. We ask for the last trial balance and the files, and catch up any missing months before the first VAT deadline.
