Teeth whitening
Safe, dentist-led whitening with trays made for your teeth. Most people see the change they want in two weeks.
What it involves
We start with a check to make sure your teeth and gums are healthy enough to whiten. Then we scan your teeth and make thin trays that fit only you. You wear them with a gentle whitening gel for an hour a day, or overnight, and we see you after two weeks to check the shade.
Whitening doesn’t change the colour of fillings or crowns, so we’ll tell you before you start if anything might need matching afterwards.

Is whitening safe?
Yes, when a dentist checks your teeth first and supervises it. We use a professional-strength gel that belongs in a licensed dental clinic, not in a beauty salon or an online kit.
Will my teeth be sensitive?
Some people feel mild sensitivity for a few days. We give you a desensitising gel and can slow the course down.
How long does it last?
Usually one to three years, depending on coffee, karak tea and smoking, including shisha. A top-up now and then keeps the shade.
