These terms cover your use of this website and any booking or enquiry you make through it. The website is run by Brightside Dental Clinic LLC, Dubai trade licence 000000 and DHA facility licence 0000000, both demo numbers, Villa 48, Al Wasl Road, Jumeirah 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • You may use the site for your own information and to contact or book with us.
  • Please don’t copy our text, photos or design for commercial use without asking.
  • We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation.

Please give us 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at AED 150, or the deposit kept for longer treatments.

Prices on this website are in UAE dirhams (AED). Dental treatment is zero-rated for VAT in the UAE; cosmetic treatments such as whitening and bonding carry 5% VAT, shown on your invoice. If you use insurance, your co-pay depends on your plan and we confirm it before treatment. We always confirm the price in writing before we start, and we never add charges you have not agreed to.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the content of other websites we link to.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute about them.

We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first, and nothing here stops you from complaining to the consumer protection authorities.
