A deep clean with our hygienist, gentle on sensitive gums and clear about what to do at home.
What it involves
Our hygienist removes the hardened deposits brushing can’t reach, then uses a fine air polish to lift stains from coffee, karak tea and shisha. If your gums bleed, we measure them and set a plan to get them healthy again.
We use numbing gel as standard for anyone with sensitive teeth, and you can ask for a break at any time.

Does it hurt?
Most people find it comfortable. If your teeth are sensitive we use numbing gel first, and you can stop whenever you like.
Can I see the hygienist without a check-up?
Yes. Our hygienist can see you directly, though we’ll suggest a check-up if it’s been more than two years.
Why do my gums bleed?
Usually because of plaque along the gum line. It is very treatable, and most people see a difference within a few weeks.
